Joseph Rourke

Biography

Joseph Rourke is an experienced trial attorney with a wealth of experience handling catastrophic
injury cases, particularly in the area of medical malpractice. Joe joins Kralovic Jambois &
Schwartz with unique experience, as he has represented plaintiffs and defendant healthcare
providers in all types of medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death matters. He
has been recognized as an Illinois Rising Star and an Emerging Lawyer based on excellence and
peer recognition from other attorneys in Illinois.
Joe graduated from The John Marshall Law School. Prior to law school, he earned his
undergraduate degree from Heidelberg University, where he played for the baseball team.
Coming from a family of police officers, Joe has been raised with a respect of the law. He is
dedicated to his clients and to helping others.
